Central Illinois Circle Up: The Power of Healthy Boundaries

With the holidays right around the corner, we could all use a refresher on the power of having healthy boundaries. We will "Circle Up" and hear Chris Mayhall's story about how it's okay to say "No!" Then, we'll gather around our smaller tables to share our own experiences and encourage each other. Finally, we'll wrap up with a special activity. We would LOVE to see you there!
